Sanatani Hindus have a collective responsibility to restore & nurture temple Eco-System & ensure our temples remain vibrant & thriving, for future generations to appreciate our Culture & Dharma.
Temples are not only places of worship but also act as centers of art, education and community harmony.
Temples which have withstood for several centuries & multiple invasions, have a serious risk of extinction in next decade or so, due to lack of patronage, funds & hostile attitude towards priests.
We are a small group of Dharmik Hindus, who are deeply passionate about the revival of ancient Tamilnadu Village Temples & it’s ecosystem, which are at the brink of extinction due to lack of patronage & administrative care.
Our team has made extensive field trips covering 150+ village temples in the last 8 years & deeply appreciate the acute challenges of running temples & imminent danger of Temples going into decay due to lack of support, in few years.
To address the multiple challenges in running village temples, we have taken up the project of providing comprehensive monthly support to run temples & using digital transfer, for the following services:
For last 5 years, Arun V (based in Chennai) & like-minded Dharmika Hindus have been engaged in doing Oil Seva for ~50 ancient Shiva & Perumal Temples, in districts of Mayiladathurai, Kumbakonam, Thiruvarur, Thiruvaiyaru, Sirkazhi, Nagapattinam, Cuddalore etc.
Utilising a network of Oil merchants in Kumbakonam & nearby these temples, arrangements are made to deliver Oil packages to each Temple for its Pooja needs, each month.
While studying the oil support initiative, Arun & his group of friends realized the struggles involved in running and maintaining ancient Shiva & Perumal Temples on account of the limited resources at their disposal.
This led to the next step of providing full seva support to few temples, which would ease the burden of Archakars to run the Temple & revive Temple ecosystem.
Joining hands with Arun in this initiative were Ganesh V (based in Florida, US) & Dubai based Sivaramakrishnan, who galvanized support & resources, using their friends & family network.

Enable long term self- sustenance of rural Tamil Nadu Temples towards lighting lamps, conducting rituals & poojas with minimal financial burden, achieved with the support of local Hindus in the village.
Revive Temple ecosystem by restoring cultural & spiritual practices integral for our Dharma & actively engaging local communities and fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility.
Revive Nadhaswaram & Thavil Musicians & Odhuvars performing at Temples and bring back old glory of tradition & culture thriving in Villages.
